The Summit’s Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony, of which the main objective is to recognise the outstanding contribution and achievements of individuals, institutions, supranationals and financial centres serving the global Islamic financial services industry, especially the Real Estate markets of the GCC and other Islamic Jurisdictions , has each year been held in some the Worlds lavish venues such as the Burj Al Arab & Grand Hyatt in Dubia, and the Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and Churchill Intercontinental and the Jumeirah Charlton Tower, Mayfair, in London.
Representatives of major, financial and corporate organisations from the UK & Europe, across the GCC and South East Asian countries have attended the Gala Dinner Awards ceremony. Over 40 institutions and individuals are honoured every year for their excellence, outstanding contributions and achievements in various areas of Real Estate including Islamic financial services.
This year both IREF Summit and its associated gala awards dinner will also feature a special focus on new investment opportunities in emerging real estate markets. This years focus is Sri Lanka which also has three awards designated at IREF awards dinner for outstanding achievements and contribution in various areas of real estate. Following the awards ceremony there will a three day real estate expo from the 11th of October 2018 – 13th of October 2018 at the awards venue that aims to showcase the unprecedented levels of growth and great real estate investment opportunities that the country has to offer.

The IREF – Summit 2018 Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony now in its 11th Anniversary Year, is to held as part of the 2018 IREF summit on the evening of the 10th of October 2018 at the Radisson Blu Portman Square, London.
