Your Registration Fee Covers
Attendance to the event, the opportunity to meet with speakers and fellow delegates for the duration of the event, as well as access to breakout rooms and plenary breaks and luncheons.
Access to the speakers’ presentations via a secure location on the Summit website, for which you will be sent a username and password post event.
Registration & Payment Policy
You will be emailed an invoice (for bank transfers) or receipt (for card payments) shortly after completion of your registration.
The invoice is payable upon receipt.
A business card is required at the registration desk and name badges will not be issued without proper identification.
We regret that we cannot provide refunds due to non-attendance; You may however request a substitution by contacting info@icgevents.com but requests must be received by the 28th of June 2019.
Cancellation Policy
After the 1st of May, the full registration fees are applicable. However, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement delegate from within the same company.
Please note that no-shows will be invoiced the full registration fee.
If due to exceptional circumstances the Summit is cancelled, the delegate place will be transferred to the next conference ICG-Events hold.
