Your Registration Fee Covers
- Access to event presentations, breakout rooms and plenary luncheons.
- Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony on the evening of the 25th of May 2016.
- Access and one time download of event presentations from the event website.
Registration & Payment Policy
- You will receive an invoice via email with information on methods of payment shortly after completion of your registration.
- The invoice is payable upon receipt.
- A business card is required at check-in. Name badges will not be issued without proper identification.
- We regret that we cannot give refunds due to non-attendance
- You may request a substitution by contacting info@icg-events.com, requests must be received by the 29th of April 2016.
Cancellation Policy
- After the 1st February 2016 the full registration and presentation fees are applicable. However, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement delegate from the same company.
- Please note that no-shows will be invoiced for the full registration fee.

If due to exceptional circumstances the Summit is cancelled, the delegate place will be transferred to the next conference ICG-Events hold.
