[su_heading style=”flat-green” color=”#fff” style_color=”#e65600″ align=”left”]About the Awards[/su_heading] Since the inception of the inaugural Sukuk Summit in 2007, the associated Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony (hosted by DIFX in its inauguration) has each year celebrated outstanding achievements and excellence in Sukuk, Islamic Capital Market products and Islamic financial market products more generally.

The Summit’s Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony, of which the main objective is to recognise the outstanding contribution and achievements of individuals, institutions, supranationals and financial centres serving the global Islamic financial services industry, especially the proliferating global Sukuk market, has each year been attended by a guest of honour and in 2014 was graced by the presence of Guest of Honour, Rt Hon Baroness Saeeda Warsi, Senior Minister of State at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO).

Representatives of major, financial and corporate organisations from the UK & Europe, across the GCC and South East Asian countries have attended the Gala Dinner Awards ceremony. Over 40 institutions and individuals are honoured every year for their excellence, outstanding contributions and achievements in various areas of Islamic capital market products including Sukuk and Islamic financial services.

The Sukuk Summit Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony now in its 10th Anniversary Year, is to held as part of the 2016 London Sukuk Summit on the evening of the 25th of May at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, Knightsbridge, London. The premier awards ceremony has, become a much celebrated and sort after industry accolade and we wish all participating entities the best of luck!
